TECHNICAL FEATURES
The equipment CITY STAR can be placed on chassis whose total weight is min. 3500 kg, and it is very easy to handle whatever situation may occur.
The dimensions of the loading platform (made of steel or alloy aluminium ) may vary according to the cab type and the client’s needs.
he particular position of the platform, whose height (when it is not working) is reduced if compared to the height of the standard models, allows a better stability in transit.
The alloy aluminium false frame has sensibly lightened the structure of the equipment in order to have a higher capacity.
The hydraulic winch, related to the model with hydraulic control, makes the loading of seriously damaged cars easier.
The equipment CITY STAR (model CLASSIC) has got an approach angle of about 13°, which allows the load of all vehicles.
The model NEW has got an approach angle of 10°, which allows the load of vehicles with sports trim, too.
EQUIPMENT
- Loading platform, which can be slipped off through a hydraulic cylinder running on side slides.
- Whole hydraulic system (power take-off, pump, lever control distributor).
- As for lorries whose total weight is 3,5 Ton, the hydraulic winch placed on the front side has got a power of 2200 Kg with rope guides, rope presser and steel rope of 15 m.
- As for lorries whose total weight is 5-6 Ton, the hydraulic winch placed on the front has got a power of 3600 Kg with rope guides, rope presser and steel rope of 25 m.
- Hydraulic device that moves the winch.
- Emergency button and hearing signal while equipment is working.
- 2 wings, 1 tool box with lock, 1 manual accelerator, 1 pulley to load the damaged cars, 4 choks to block wheels, 1 wedge to stop the breakdown van, 1 tow rod with two extensions, 1 spare wheel holder with manual winch, 1 spherical hook for towing, 1 sphere for the towing of trolleys or roulottes, 1 rear universal power socket, 1 belt with crack, 1 belt with two eyes, two turning orange lights, light to illuminate the instrument board, 1 steerable spot light, side clearance lights, zinc-coated subchassis.
